Pink Pitaya Protein Bites
These nutritional cuties are the perfect treat for those late afternoon cravings or as a post-workout snack!

- 130g macadamia butter
- 2tbsp agave
- 70g oats (oat flour)
- 2 heaped tbsp Unicorn Superfoods Vanilla Cake Plant Protein
- 1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods 100% Freeze Dried Pink Pitaya Powder
- pinch of salt
- 60g vegan white chocolate
- 1tsp coconut oil
- freeze dried strawberries
Directions
- In a large bowl, stir together the oats, protein powder, salt and Pink Pitaya
- Add in the macadamia butter and agave
- Mix together until fully combined and a dough forms
- Roll small clumps of dough into bite sized balls and place on parchment paper
- Melt the vegan white chocolate and stir in the coconut oil
- Spoon the chocolate onto each ball and top with strawberry rasps
