Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tsp Happy Cycle Blend
- 1/2 scoop Vanilla Cake Plant Protein
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
Method:
- Preheat oven/air fryer to 180*C (350*F)/150*C (300*F)
- To a blender, add oats, Happy Cycle Blend, Plant Protein, & plant-based milk, and blend until smooth and combined
- Lightly spray a baking dish with oil, pour in your oat mixture and press in mixed berries
- Cook in oven/air-fryer for 12-15mins (oven may take longer)
- Enjoy your delicious healthy breakfast
