Rainbow Smoothie Bowls Tutorial
Nutritious Rainbow Smoothie Bowls Tutorial. Created using Unicorn Superfoods naturally pigmented powders.
INGREDIENTS:
- 5-6 medium frozen bananas
- 1 tsp Blue Spirulina powder
- 2 tsps Pink Pitaya powder
- 2 tsps Tropicana blend
- 4 tbsps vegan protein powder for 3 bowls
- 1/4 cup papaya for tropicana bowl
- Splash of liquid of your choice
- Toppings: Seasonal fruits, buckinis, seeds and nuts
METHOD:
- Add frozen bananas, protein powder and liquid of your choice in your blender.
- Blend until you achieve a creamy thick texture.
- Divide the mixture into 3 bowls and then add blue spirulina, pink pitaya and tropicana blend in each individual bowl and mix until you reach your desired colours!
- Top with seasonal fruits, buckinis and seeds and nuts.
- Enjoy!
