Vanilla Protein Smoothie
This delicious smoothie is perfect to have before or after a gym workout. It is super simple to make and with the addition of Unicorn Superfoods Vanilla Cake Protein - it gives you the protein you need to assist with muscle repair, muscle growth and feeling fuller for longer.
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp of Unicorn Superfoods Vanilla Cake Plant Protein
- 100-200ml milk of your choice. (If you prefer a thicker consistency use less milk)
Method:
- Add ingredients to blender and blend until the consistency is smooth
- Pour in your favourite cup
- Enjoy!
