Blue Spirulina Latte
Whether your looking for an energy boost or a drink to keep you warm, this is the perfect latte for your tastebuds. It will nourish your inner and outer health and it tastes delicious without any artificial ingredients. It's also super easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp Blue Spirulina
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- Pinch of ceylon cinnamon
- Pinch of ground ginger
- Bourbon vanilla (sub vanilla essence)
- Agave syrup to taste
- Warm almond milk (frothed)
- Toppings (optional):
- Vegan whipped cream
Method:
1. Add the blue spirulina powder and the spices into a large mug
2. Pour a small amount of the warm almond milk over the blue spirulina powder and whisk
3. Add agave syrup and the rest of the warm frothed almond milk whisking until the powder is completely dissolved
4. Serve with vegan whipped cream!
