Warm Spiced Pitaya Latte
Cosy up to this warm spiced pitaya latte containing Vitamin C, fibre and antioxidants. Pink pitaya naturally boosts immunity, enhances appearance of hair skin, nails and may improve the balance of good bacteria in your gut.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
- 4 tsp boiling water
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Method:
1. Add the pink pitaya powder, ginger powder, cinnamon, maple syrup and boiling water to a mug and stir until well combined.
2. Froth up the oat milk in a milk frother and once the milk is the right consistency add to your mug and top with extra pink pitaya powder, enjoy!
