Choc Fudge Protein Pancakes
Looking for a pre or post work out breakfast? These choc fudge protein pancakes will do the trick. Our plant protein contains 20g of protein per serve and has a smooth and creamy consistency.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate fudge protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup milk or choice
METHOD:
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Heat up the pan on low/medium heat and start adding the mixture to the pan.
- Topped with banana, blueberries and homemade chocolate sauce
