Immunity Gummies
Boosting our immune system should always be a priority but more so on these difficult times, we have teamed up with @
thefitstitch to bring you this Vitamin C gummies to give our body a sweet extra boost! We hope this recipe brightens up your day, stay healthy and safe!
Ingredients:
- Zest & Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, chopped
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 300 ml water
- 3 tbsp vegetable gelatine or agar agar
- 2 tbsp plant based milk
- 3 tsp @unicornsuperfoods Tropicana Blend
Method:
- Place all ingredients except gelatine into a pot. Bring mixture to a boil, then lower heat to simmer and cook for 5 min.
- Add gelatine and bring heat to medium and bring to a boil whisking continuously.
- Place a strainer on top of a mug and strain liquid to remove lemon zest and ginger bits.
- Let cool down 5 min. Add mixture to an ice cube tray and place in the freezer for 1 hour or until it sets. Enjoy!
