No-Bake Dubai Dessert Cups
These indulgent yet wholesome dessert cups are packed with nutrient-rich ingredients and a boost of plant-based protein from Unicorn Superfoods Vanilla Cake Protein. With a crunchy muesli base, creamy pistachio filling, and rich dark chocolate topping, they’re the perfect guilt-free treat!
Ingredients (Makes 12 Mini Cups)
Base:
- 170g muesli of your choice
- 60g chopped sunflower seeds
- 50g agave syrup or maple syrup
- 50g almond cream
- 10g Unicorn Superfoods Vanilla Protein Powder
Filling:
- 60g pistachio butter
Topping:
- 90g dark chocolate
- Strawberries dipped in chocolate
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all base ingredients well using a spoon or your hands. The mixture should stick together—if not, add a little more liquid sweetener.
- Grease a muffin tin or silicone mould and evenly press the mixture into each cavity, creating a small well in the centre.
- Fill each well with a teaspoon of pistachio butter and freeze for about 60 minutes.
- Melt the dark chocolate over a water bath, then pour over each cup.
- Top with a chocolate-dipped strawberry and enjoy!
