These nutritional cuties are the perfect treat for those late afternoon cravings or as a post-workout snack!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the oats, protein powder, salt and Pink Pitaya 
  2. Add in the macadamia butter and agave
  3. Mix together until fully combined and a dough forms
  4. Roll small clumps of dough into bite sized balls and place on parchment paper
  5. Melt the vegan white chocolate and stir in the coconut oil
  6. Spoon the chocolate onto each ball and top with strawberry rasps
