Festive Berry Smoothie Bowl
This Black Goji Berry smoothie bowl will provide your body with antioxidants and vitamins. It has a delicious berry flavour and it's a healthy alternative for breakfast over this festive season.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 apple
- 1/2 of an avocado
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup of frozen cranberries
- 1 medjool date
- 1 tsp Black Goji Berry
- 3/4 cup of plant milk
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy, transfer to a bowl, top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
