Protein chocolate chip pancakes

The perfect stack of pancakes 🥞 Save this recipe if you want high protein chocolate chip pancakes. Contains 20g of protein per serve!


Ingredients:

- 150g self raising flour
- 20g vanilla cake protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50g caster sugar
- 200ml dairy free milk
- 100g chocolate chips

Method:

1. simply combine the self raising flour, protein powder, baking powder and caster sugar in a large bowl.2. Add the dairy free milk and whisk until combined.
3. Fold the chocolate chips into the mixture.
4. Add a little bit of butter or oil to a non stick pan on low heat.
5. Once the pan has warmed up, add two scoops of the mixture.
6. Allow each pancake to cook for a couple of minutes on each side (once bubbles start to appear they should be ready to flip).
7. Repeat until you’ve used up all the pancake batter (mine made 5 pancakes).
8. Stack your pancakes on a plate and top with some maple syrup and enjoy!
