HOW TO USE

1. Add 2 rounded tsp of Healthy Gut Blend to 200ml of water and stir until mixed.

3. To make a peach smoothie, blend together 2 tsp of Healthy Gut Blend, 1 frozen banana, handful of strawberries, 1/2 cup milk of choice. Mix until well combined!

    As someone who's lactose intolerant, it's hard to find things like this that are vegan and still taste good. I've hot the jackpot with the Healthy Gut Blend. I take two teaspoons in water every morning and I have been the most regular, less bloated I think I've been in years. It did take a few days of taking it, for me to see any change in my body. The taste is also delicious as well, a light peach and vanilla, it almost tastes as though it should be bad for you.
