Antioxidant Smoothie Bowl
Kick-start your day with this delicious and simple recipe. It is rich in antioxidants which may assist with boosting immunity and cleansing the body.
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 frozen mango
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 50g raspberries
- 2 teaspoons Antioxidant Blend
Method:
- Add all ingredients in a blender then blend until combined
- Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl and decorate your smoothie bowl with fruit, granola, coconut, nuts and toppings!
