Festive Bowls
INGREDIENTS: Per one serving
- 2 medium frozen bananas
- Pinch to taste (gingerbread spice)
- 1-2 tbsp chia seeds
- Splash of almond milk
- 1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Blue Spirulina
Toppings for Smoothie Bowl:

Vegan white chocolate

Vegan/gf gingerbread crumbs

Stars cut out from banana, coconut flakes & sprinkles.
Method:
1. Blend all ingredients until well combined (except Blue Spirulina)
2. Take a small amount of the smoothie and blend it with 1 tsp Blue Spirulina powder
3. Pour the uncoloured smoothie in a bowl and then top with the small amount mixed with Blue Spirulina on top
4. Top with vegan white chocolate, gf gingerbread crumbs, banana stars, coconut flakes & sprinkles
