HEALTHY FERRERO ROCHER BALLS
Indulge in these guilt free Ferrero Rocher Balls this Easter featuring our Chocolate Fudge Plant Protein. They're the perfect treat to impress your guests whilst providing a protein boost to build lean muscle as well as support muscle recovery.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup dates (soaked before)
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Fudge Plant Protein
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
- Little water (if needed)
METHOD:
- Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined.
- Roll the dough into balls and add almonds on the inside and cover balls in crushed almonds and chocolate.
- Store in a fridge for 3-6 hours and enjoy!
