High Protein Yogurt Cups
Breakfast will be your new favourite after you try these high protein yogurt cups made with Unicorn Superfoods Chocolate Fudge Plant Protein Powder. These are perfect to keep in the fridge for the week!
Recipe:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 scoop Unicorn Superfoods Chocolate Fudge Plant Protein Powder
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Optional: splash of almond milk for texture
- Top with yogurt and fruit of choice (granola and chocolate chips would work too)
Instructions:
- Mash the banana and mix with the chocolate fudge protein powder, oats, maple syrup and almond milk
- Form into little cups in muffin tins - use a spoon to shape
- Bake at 176 degrees for 8-10 minutes
- Take out and let it cool
- Place your yogurt and toppings inside and enjoy!
