Immunity Pancakes
Indulge in these delicious Immunity Pancakes made with our immunity blend that adds a pop of orange colour and amazing health benefits to boost your immunity.
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1 cup any milk of your choice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup choc chips
2 tablespoons @unicornsuperfoods immunity blend powder
Method:
- Add all the ingredients, except for the choc chips into a blender and process until smooth and no lumps remain.
- Stir in choc chips. Drop about 2 tablespoons of the batter onto the pan over medium heat. When bubbles pop, flip the pancake over.
- Cook for another couple of minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favourite toppings and enjoy right away.
