PINK PITAYA SMOOTHIE TUTORIAL
This super pink pitaya smoothie is a source of antioxidants and vitamin C making it perfect for boosting hair, skin and nail health.
NICE CREAM RECIPE (SERVES 1):
- 3 frozen ripe bananas
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup plant based milk
- 1 tbsp pink pitaya powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend in a high speed blender or in a food processor until its creamy. Start on low speed until slightly broken down into smaller pieces and then increase to medium/high speed.
- Add more liquid if it does not blend at all.
- Pour the nice cream into a glass cup and top with rawnola.
- Enjoy! :)
