    Directions of Use

    • Wake Me Up Blend -  Add 1 tbsp to 200ml water

    • Sweet Dreams Blend - Add 3 tsp or 1 heaped tbsp with 4 tbsp hot water and top with frothed milk of your choice!

      Changed my normal routine

      I have always struggled to fall asleep and stay asleep. I started using the AM/PM bundle and it seems to have helped me fall asleep faster. I was trying to find something that helped that and my anxiety at night. I haven’t taken an anxiety med to help me sleep since I started taking this. The PM chocolate doesn’t have the best flavor but if it’s helping me, I’ll deal with it. The watermelon AM tastes ok, better when really cold in my opinion

      LOVE the wake me up blend, tastes rly nice and it is awesome for probiotics etc but I didn’t notice any difference in energy or my skin or anything - I would totally buy it again. The sweet dreams one is ok? But not great. It tastes like every other sugar free hot choc type of mix but it works fine. No issues with sediment floating to the bottom for me, as long as I stirred it with one of the electric hand mixer things unicorn also sells.
