Aloha Noodle Bowl
This nourishing noodle bowl is fresh, delicious and packed with nutrients. It is the perfect savoury dish if your looking for a light and healthy meal.
Ingredients:

1 serving rice noodles

Broccoli and brussel sprouts

Shredded carrots

50g Silken tofu
-
1/4 cup shelled edamame
-
Handfuls of roasted nuts
-
Optional: Your favourite chips for some crunch

Ginger sesame dressing:
-
1 tbsp tahini
-
2 tsp warm water to thin
-
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
-
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
-
1 tsp soy sauce
-
1.5 tsp maple or honey
Method:
- Cook rice noodles according to the packet instructions with 2 tsps of the Ocean Blend.
- Pan fry broccoli and brussel sprouts with oil and tamari or soy sauce.
- Shred carrots and set aside.
- Dice silken tofu into cubes.
- For the dressing add 1 tbsp tahini with 2 tsp of warm water to create a thinner consistency in the paste. Add 1 tsp toasted sesame oil, 1 tsp grated fresh ginger, 1 tsp soy sauce and 1.5 tsp maple or honey. Stir until the dressing is consistent.
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and top with the dressing and your favourite chips for crunch.
