At Unicorn Superfoods, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. We will happily replace any product that is faulty or damaged. Please report any damages within 14 days of delivery.

If you have purchased the incorrect product or wish to exchange an unopened product, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. You can return your unopened product for store credit or exchange it for a different product of equal value.

Refunds & Exchanges During Sale Periods

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any 'Sale Products.' Please note that any products purchased during a sale, including final sale products, cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Canceling & Amending Orders

We are unable to cancel an online order once it is placed. Please ensure all details are correct at the time of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to change any parts of the order.
