Antioxidant Overnight Oats (1 serving):
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp of the Unicorn Superfoods Antioxidant Blend
- 1 cup plant-based milk
Toppings:
- Coconut flakes, berries, banana, granola and nut butter
Method:
- Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl or jar
- Keep in the refrigerator overnight
- Top with coconut flakes, berries, banana, granola and nut butter
