Hemp Protein Smoothies
The perfect post workout smoothie to help aid muscle recovery and assist with muscle gain. Super easy to make!
Time: 10 Minutes Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Hemp Protein Powder
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Toppings:
- Buckinis
- Coconut
- Nuts and seeds
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until you reach a creamy texture
2. Top with your favourite toppings!
