Immunity Pancakes

Indulge in these delicious Immunity Pancakes made with our immunity blend that adds a pop of orange colour and amazing health benefits to boost your immunity.

 

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

1 tablespoon coconut sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

1 cup any milk of your choice

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

3/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup choc chips

2 tablespoons @unicornsuperfoods immunity blend powder

 

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients, except for the choc chips into a blender and process until smooth and no lumps remain.
  2. Stir in choc chips. Drop about 2 tablespoons of the batter onto the pan over medium heat. When bubbles pop, flip the pancake over.
  3. Cook for another couple of minutes.
  4. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favourite toppings and enjoy right away.
