MACROS PER CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS:

BASE
ā€¢ 7 mini biscoff biscuits
ā€¢ 10g melted light butter

CHEEESECAKE FILLING
ā€¢ 130g light cream cheese, room temp
ā€¢ 170g protein yogurt, room tempĀ 
ā€¢ 1 egg + 1 egg yolk, room temp
ā€¢ 2 tspĀ @unicornsuperfoodsĀ ANTIOXIDANT BLEND ( This adds the natural pink colour, sweet flavour and has added health benefits) šŸ¦„
ā€¢ 30g sweetener
ā€¢ 30g Salted caramel protein powder

TOPPING
ā€¢ 90g light cream cheese
ā€¢ 1 tsp Sugarfree maple syrup or vanilla.

OTHER ADD ONS (not included in macros)
ā€¢ Strawberries
ā€¢ pink sprinkles
You can add whatever your heart desires ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„

METHOD:

  1. Ā Preheat oven to 160c and place 8 muffin liners in a muffin tin
  2. Crush Biscoff biscuits. Add melted butter and mix until a crumble forms
  3. Add 1.5 tsp of the base mixture to each cupcake liner, and press mixture down until even using a protein scoop.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes then let it cool slightly
  5. Add cream cheese, sweetener and protein powder to a bowl. Use electric beater to combine.
  6. Add yogurt and egg, mix again until just combined & no clumps remain.
  7. Add 2 tbsp batter on top of each base.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before refrigerating for minimum 1 hour.
  9. Mix maple syrup and cream cheese until combined. Add 1tsp of mixture on top of your cheesecakes and add any toppings you like. Then back in the fridge to set overnight. ENJOYĀ  Ā
