High Protein Baked Oats that Nurture your Cycle 🌺 ⁠It’s super easy to make, only needs 5 ingredients & is the perfect cosy breakfast!⁠

Ingredients:⁠

Method:⁠
  1. Preheat oven/air fryer to 180*C (350*F)/150*C (300*F)⁠
  2. To a blender, add oats, Happy Cycle Blend, Plant Protein, & plant-based milk, and blend until smooth and combined⁠
  3. Lightly spray a baking dish with oil, pour in your oat mixture and press in mixed berries⁠
  4. Cook in oven/air-fryer for 12-15mins (oven may take longer)⁠
  5. Enjoy your delicious healthy breakfast
