Pumpkin Spice Baked Oats
This is the most delicious, fluffy baked oats recipe you will ever try! Made with Unicorn Superfoods Pumpkin Spice Latte Blend for a delicious flavour.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1 tbs Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Pumpkin Spice Blend
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbs Pumpkin Purée*
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
*pumpkin purée can be subbed for coconut yoghurt or applesauce.
For the Frosting:
- Coconut Yoghurt mixed with Protein Powder (amounts to desired thickness/flavour)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200°c.
- Mixed ingredients together until combined and smooth.
- Pour into a ramekin/mug and bake for 15 minutes.
- Top with frosting and dig in!
