HOW TO USE

1. Add 2 tbsp of plant protein powder into any recipe to give it a nutritious health kick.

2. Perfect for smoothies, baked treats, sweets, porridge, raw slices and whatever your creative mind can think of!

3. To make a protein smoothie, blend together 2 tbsp of plant protein powder, 2 frozen bananas, 1/2 cup of nut mylk and any additional fruit. Yum!

    Caramel Pie Smoothie - fuel for a busy shift

    A great way to feel like I’m having a caramel pie without having one. Tastes amazing without the grainy texture of other brand protein powders. Love having in a smoothie to get me through a busy shift as a nurse.

    Plant protein

    I’d usually choose vanilla so I can tweak the flavours each time a bit more. But with the reduced price it was hard not to give it a try. It’s great I’ve make some delicious combos with it. Favourite has included a chopped up pear, oat milk, banana and cinnamon.
