HOW TO USE

1. Add 1 tbsp of Happy Cycle Blend to 200ml of water and stir until mixed.

3. To make a Happy Cycle Smoothie, blend together 1 tbsp of Happy Cycle Blend, 1 frozen banana, handful of frozen berries, 1/4 cup milk of choice. Mix until well combined!

    Best blend!

    Going for my second cycle with this blend! Absolutely love the flavor, I only mix it with water and it’s delicious! Right amount of sweetness and for me it has a bubblegum flavor! But the best are the benefits! I have really bad PMS from mood swings, cramps to intestinal problems and this definitely helps! I’m not as moody and neither get as much cramps! My level of energy also improved when taking it in the morning! I was so surprised when I got it and I can’t tell how much this makes so much difference!
