Beetroot Lattes for Two
This comforting latte is filled with nutrients that can boost your immune system, assist with digestion and detox the body from toxins. It is also a great alternative to coffee if your looking for an energy boost without the afternoon slump!
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Beetroot powder per latte
- Pinch of each:
- Ground ginger
- Bourbon vanilla (sub vanilla essence)
- Coconut sugar (sub sweetner of your choice)
- Ceylon cinnamon
- Hot/warm water
- Warm oatmilk
- Toppings:
- Optional: Rose Petals
Method:
1. Add the beetroot powder and the spices into a mug or cup
2. Add a splash of hot water to mix the beetroot powder and spices
3. Warm oatmilk with a milk frother or small saucepan and pour on top. Another option is to warm milk in the microwave for 30 seconds
4. Pour milk in the mug and stir until well combined
5. Top with rose petals or extra beetroot powder (optional)
