Flourless Protein Brownies
Surprise your mom and loved ones this Mother's Day with these flourless protein brownies 🍫👩🍳
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup cooked and drained canned chickpeas
- 2 (flaxseed) eggs
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- ¼ cup sunflower seed butter
- ¼ cup @unicornsuperfoods Vanilla Cake Plant Protein
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ chocolate bar chopped into pieces
Method:
Combine ingredients (except chocolate bar) in a food processor until smooth, then spread out in a 8” baking dish, top with chocolate chunks, and bake on 350F for 20 minutes.
