Healthy Twix Cups

Enjoy a guilt-free version of the twix bar. These treats are refined sugar free, no bake and contain only 9 ingredients. Friends, family or your lover will be super impressed with this yummy treat.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 bars of dark chocolate (without sugar and palm oil)

Caramel Sauce:

  • 1 cup dates
  • 3 spoons milk of your choice 
  • 1 spoon peanut butter
  • Pinch of himalayan salt

    Base

      Method:

      1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath (bowl on the pot with boiling water). Pour into muffin moulds (1 tablespoon per mould). Move the mould to make the edge of the chocolate. Put in the freezer for a few minutes.
      2. Base: mix all ingredients and transfer to a mould (1 spoon per mould).
      3. Caramel: soak dates for 15 min in hot water. Blend all ingredients. Transfer 1 spoon to muffin moulds.
      4. Pour 1 tablespoon of chocolate and place in the freezer. Wait a few minutes.
      5. Enjoy!
