Ocean Smoothie Bowls
These mesmerising smoothie bowls are perfect for those warmer days when all you feel like eating is cold food.
Ingredients:
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
- Pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp @unicornsuperfoods Blue Spirulina
- Optional: Maple syrup, dates or coconut sugar
- Top with granola, fruit, coconut flakes or nuts
Method:
1. Blend the frozen bananas, coconut cream, blue spirulina and sea salt and blend until smooth
2. Trop with your favourite fruits and granola, enjoy!
